Do we have to build the site ourselves?

No. Choose a design, send us your logo, photos and community details, and our designers build the site. A personal project manager is your single point of contact until you go live and walks your board through the admin tools.

What’s included in the annual price?

Design, setup, hosting, support and your primary domain registration if you need one, plus the built-in tools for communication, payments and documents (the plans page shows what each plan includes). One flat price whatever the size of your community, with unlimited administrators and members. No setup fee, no hidden fees.

Who owns the website and our data?

You do. Your documents, member records and content are yours, and we never run ads on your site. All the data will be exported and given to you if you decide to cancel, then removed from our systems.

Can we update the site ourselves?

Yes. The admin panel is built for volunteer boards, with tips throughout, and support is a real person: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm ET and Friday 8am to 4pm ET, with an average response time of 2 minutes 53 seconds.

I’m a resident. How do I log in to my community’s website?

Each community’s website has its own address and login. Use the link your board or management company gave you, or contact them for access.
